Chroma Atelier sells physical color analysis kits and provides digital color season diagnostic tools. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify product offerings at any time.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor (Shopify/Stripe). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. International shipping availability and timelines may vary. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your kit, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
